Pork Curry in Cuddi Masala


Another quick simple and yummy Pork curry. A delicious Pork curry made with ground green masala and East Indian bottle masala.


Ingredients 1

500 gms boneless pork

Washed well and pat dry


Ingredients 2

5 Green chillies

1tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 onion sliced

1 tsp garam masala powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Grind all the above with enough water to a paste


Ingredients 3

2 onions finely chopped

2 tomatoes finely chopped

2 tbsp bottle masala

2 potatoes chopped


Method

Heat up some oil, stir fry finely chopped onions and fry till lightly browned.

Add in finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.

Now add the ground paste and fry for half a minute. Add the bottle masala and mix well.

Add some 1/2 cup water and allow to cook for a minute.

Add the pork, salt to taste and mix well. Add another 1/2 cup water .

Pressure cook on high for one whistle then low for 12 mins.

Release the steam add the potatoes and pressure cook on high for 2 whistle.

Serve with pulao and salad.
