Marinated Lepo /sole fish with East Indian Bottle Masala
Ingredients 10 lepo /solefish Cleaned and washed well
For the masala
3 tsp East Indian Bottle Masala 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 to 2 tbsp vinegar Or add amount according to choice. Or just add lemon juice
Mix all the above ingredients well. Semolina for coating the fish
Method Coat the fish with this masala well ,keep for half hour Then coat the marinated fish with semolina and shallow fry.
