Dry Bombay Duck Chili Fry



Dry bombay duck chili fry , recipe 2. This is also called tel kanda of bombay duck


Ingredients

12 to 14 dried cleaned Bombay ducks

2 green chilies

2 tsp east Indian bottle masala

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp vinegar

Salt to taste

3 small size potatoes cubed

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

3 big size onions sliced

3 small size tomatoes chopped roughly


Method

Keep the Bombay ducks in water for 10 mins . Cut into small pieces with a help of a scissor.

Add oil to a pan ,once hot add the sliced onions and finely chopped green chilies.

Cook till translucent. Mix in the potatoes and cook on low flame stir fry on off till potatoes are nearly done .

Now add the ginger garlic paste ,bottle

Masala , dried Bombay duck pieces ,salt to taste and 2 chopped roughly tomatoes.

Mix well.

Allow to cook on low flame stirring occasionally for 10 to 12 mins .

Lastly add the vinegar and finely chopped coriander leaves.
