1 kilo 500 grams pork chops
120 grams coriander leaves
20 grams mint leaves
4 or 5 spicy green chillies
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Grind to paste with little water coriander leaves, mint , 4 or 5 spicy green chillies and tbsp ginger garlic paste

Cumin seeds 50 gms
Pepper corns 40 gms
Cardamom 7 gms (30 cardamom)
Cinnamon 6 gms
Cloves 5 gms (64 cloves)
Turmeric 8 gms
Dry roast all the ingredients well. Allow to cool.
Dry grind the spices. Sift well. Fill in airtight bottles

1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup dark rum
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
To the ground green paste .
Add this paste to the pork shops .Allow to marinate for at least 2 hrs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200degrees Celsius for at least 1 and 1/2 hour or till done.
