The Cottage cheese gravy is prepared with galangal , chillies , szechuan pepper and other spices
INGREDIENTS 11/2 inch turmeric 1 inch galangal 1 onion 1 bedki chilli or kashmiri chillies 1/2 tsp Cumin 6 Szechuan pepper 1/2 inch Cinnamon 15 cashew nuts Grind the above to a paste
METHOD
200 gms paneer chopped into small pieces and shallow fry lightly
3 green chillies finely chopped 6 cloves garlic mashed 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2tsp cumin powder 1/2tsp pepper powder 1 big size tomato deseed and roughly chopped
2 onions made into paste
Add ghee to a pan. To the hot ghee add the cloves of garlic and bagar. Then add the onion paste and cook on low flame. Then add the finely chopped green chillies Corriander ,cumin and pepper powder. Stir fry well
Add the ground paste along with some water and salt to taste. Add in roughly chopped and deseed tomato .allow to cook for sometime. Then add the paneer. Cook for 2 mins .
