East Indian Wedding Rice


A wonderful East Indian Rice prepared with basmati rice, dried fruits , brown onions and boiled eggs .



INGREDIENTS 2 cups basmati rice 1/4 cup cashewnuts 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup onions 2 boiled eggs


METHOD Fry the onios till brown and keep aside Fry the raisins and cashews and keep aside fry in ghee


NEXT PROCESS In ghee add few cloves ,cinnamon add rice and stir fry for half a minute then add hot water 1/2 inch above rice ,salt to taste once rice is done garnish with fried onions, cashews and raisins top it with sliced boiled eggs.
