A quick Pulao using East Indian Bottle Masala and other spices to give it a fantastic biryani flavour.
Ingredients 2 cups basmati rice Ingredients 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1/4 cup mint leaves 2 green chillies 1tsp ginger garlic paste grind to paste with 1 0 to 15 cashewnuts
Ingredients 1/2 cup fried onions 3 tbsp curd whisked 2 to 3 tbsp bottle masala 2 tomatoes sliced 1 onion sliced Soup cube
METHOD Heat up 2 tbsp ghee. Once hot stir fry the onions till lightly browned. Add the tomatoes and and Cook till soft Add in the green paste and fry for half a minute on low flame. Add 2 to 3 tbs bottle masala and mix well. Now add the curd and mix well. Add in the rice and stir fry. Finally add hot water 1/2 inch above the rice and crumbled soup cube Cook till done.
