Beef Crumb Chops/ Cutlet Pao

Ingredients 1 kilo undercut beef steaks Ingredients 2 tsp pepper corns 1 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 16 green chillies 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste grind with enough water to a paste

Method Flatten the steaks using a mallet. Then marinate the steak pieces with the above ground paste. Keep for marinating.

For frying Rice flour eggs Ground Cornflakes and Bread crumb mixture

Coat the steaks with rice flour then egg mixture and then finally in ground cornflakes and bread mixture. or just coat with egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. you can add a little spice powder like chilli powder and pepper powder to the rice flour and a bit of salt to egg mixture. Shallow fry the steaks on low flame first, then medium flame till done well. Serve with salad and fries or mash potato.
